We are a nonprofit organization registered in the United States and operating in Cameroon and across Africa to improve maternal, newborn, and child health outcomes in underserved communities.
Our organization was founded on the belief that geography should not determine a mother's survival. We address preventable maternal and child illness and death by strengthening health systems and empowering frontline providers.
Our Journey
How It Started
United for Healthy Lifespring began with a simple observation: that many maternal deaths in rural communities could be prevented with basic but consistent quality of care.
Since our founding, we have grown from a small initiative to a recognized partner in the region, working hand-in-hand with local health facilities and communities.
