United for Healthy Lifespring is a U.S.-registered nonprofit organization working in Cameroon and across Africa to reduce preventable maternal and child morbidity and mortality.
Across underserved communities in Cameroon and other parts of Africa, mothers and children continue to face preventable health risks due to gaps in quality of care, delayed referrals, limited resources, and insufficient follow-up.
These challenges persist not because solutions are unknown, but because proven interventions are not consistently implemented at scale.
